"Reverse 9-1-1" calls happen automatically - you do not need to sign up for those.

We use the free ReachWell app to send emergency alerts and community updates in over 130 languages. No account, phone number, email address, or other personal information is required to receive messages. 

To start receiving notifications from Carbondale Fire:

  1. Download the ReachWell app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Select your preferred language
  3. Add Carbondale Fire

Everbridge Emergency Alerts

Garfield, Pitkin, and Eagle Counties use Everbridge to send emergency alerts and community updates such as severe weather, road closures, missing persons, and evacuations.

You can choose how you’d like to receive alerts—via text, phone call, email, or the Everbridge app—and customize the types of alerts you receive.

You do not have to live or work in these counties to register for emergency alerts or community updates.
